Megadramon
Megadramon is a Dark Dragon Digimon whose name and design are derived from "Mega Dramon". It is a member of the Crack Team, and is a dark dragon Digimon that is said to boast the strongest and wickedest power among Dragon-type Cyborg Digimon of the Ultimate level. As a Digimon that was artificially remodeled by someone, it was programmed to destroy everything. It can definitely be said that its existence is the epitome of a computer virus. It can easily penetrate Computer Networks protected by strong security, and can very easily destroy and then completely reformat the host computer.
Digimon Adventure[]
Megadramon and Gigadramon worked for Machinedramon as air troops, and bombed Machinedramon's city in order to destroy the DigiDestined.
Digimon Tamers[]
When Rika, Renamon, Kazu and Kenta appeared in a mechanical, cloudy level of the Digiworld, they discovered and fixed a jammed clock, against Clockmon and Hagurumon's protests. This act freed the imprisoned Megadramon, who believed he could get to the Real World by absorbing the data of a Digimon who's already been there. Going straight for Renamon made her digivolve to Kyubimon, but she was overwhelmed, and it took the surprise appearance of the legendary tamer Ryo and his partner Cyberdramon to re-imprison Megadramon.
Digimon Adventure V-Tamer 01[]
Kokatorimon and Kuwagamon are Neo's Partners, who can DNA digivolve into Megadramon, who in turn can also DNA digivolve with Cherrymon to Ghoulmon.
A Digimon that could fly, it dodged Zero's attacks and nearly defeated him due to Neo's method of separating him into its base digimon then re-DNA Digivolving them. When Taichi figured out how to defeat it and Neo's plan, Neo then DNA digivolved Megadramon with Cherrymon to form Ghoulmon. He is killed when Ghoulmon is defeated.
Role in Ultima[]
In Ultima, Megadramon are Aerial Assault-class Lieutenants in the Metal Empire division of the D-Minion Army. Their primary function is to serve as air troops, and bomb enemy armies below.
They are a digivolution of Mekanorimon when Saurian DNA is poured into their fuel tanker, and can also digivolve from a DNA-digivolution between Kokatorimon and Kuwagamon. They are also known to have digivolved from Airdramon, BlackLeomon, Coelamon, and Monochromon. Megadramon will eventually digivolve through Dark Digivolution or Bio-Mechanical Reprogramming into Machinedramon or Megidramon's weaker clones.
