In Ultima, Graviton appears as a general of the Organization's Army, having been freed from The Raft by Padro Lodo in order to recruit such a powerful supervillain for his Organization. Since his outfit has already been redesigned from his comics counterpart, he doesn't need a new outfit. The only thing Graviton needs is something to control his anger and inexperience with his powers, thereby making him more dangerous than before.
