The Demon Priests
In the Hunchback of Notre Dame, the Demon Priests appear during Frollo's Hellfire song, judging Frollo on his sins and for what he has done in the past.
In Ultima, these robed wraiths serve as the Jury to the Infernal Courts of the Realm of Darkness. In times of battle, the demon priests often whip out dark swords and fiery whips to attack the sinful souls of the living at Frollo's command.
